The Automata Homeward

The Sleeper is awake. She is seven years old, her name is Pip, and she has been asleep for four hundred years. The sky has answered: we are coming home. All the robots have to do is walk one small, fussy, very hungry human back across the strange world, put the kettle on and wave the ships down. Nothing about that turns out to be simple.
