The game tracks your progress both globally and continent-by-continent. You can see your overall total of named countries and a percentage breakdown for Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania. The ultimate challenge is achieving a perfect score: 100% of the world's countries recalled!

Playing Country Recall is straightforward, yet incredibly challenging:

1. The Input Field
Look for the text input box. This is where you enter your guess.

2. Enter Your Guess
Simply type the name of any country you can think of and press Enter. Case Insensitive: Don't worry about capitalization; the code converts your input to lowercase for a match.

3. Feedback and Progress
Successful Guess: If your guess is correct and the country hasn't been named yet, the input box will flash green briefly, the country will be colored on the map, and your progress counts will update instantly.
Incorrect Guess: If the country name is not recognized or is already completed, the input box will flash red (or just clear the input if it was a repeat guess).

4. Progress Tracking & Persistence
A great feature of Country Recall is that your progress is saved automatically. You can close the tab and come back later - your named countries will still be highlighted, and your continent charts will show your progress exactly where you left off. If you ever want to start over, there's a Reset Button that requires confirmation before wiping your progress and setting the map back to an empty state.
